My dog doesn't know how to sit or stay. He won't stand still for a second. Is that a problem?
Not at all! We can get great shots of your pet standing up. I have a lot of tricks and treats to grab your dogs attention.We can set our camera to a fast shutter speed and we never require your dog to sit still for long periods. The advantage to hiring a pet specific photographer is that we know how to work with all types of energy levels and still produce personality packed images!
My dog can't be off leash. Can I still do a session?
Yes ! Absolutely! I photograph often with the dog on a lead. Leashes not only keep your fur baby safe, but they are also important for following local laws when photographing in public areas. My friend photoshop can help remove leads from final images.
My dog is super reactive to other dogs/people and things in general. How can we do a session?
I completely understand, I have photographed lots of shelter dogs and it can be a scary world for some dogs. If your dog is stressed or reactive , we can suit a location that best suits their temperament. I have a few locations that are very quiet and safe for your dog.
Do you photograph pets other than dogs?
Yes!!! Sure do! I love photographing any pets, while most of my clients are dogs and cats I have photographed the occasional pig or Chicken.
How do I choose a location?
It can be hard to decide, but I am here to help with recommendations. You can get some ideas from our locations page and we can pick the most suitable location to get the best out of your pet.
Can I be in the images to?
Yes! We can get some lovely posed and candid images for you to remember your photo session with you fur baby.
